Introduction of Flexible rapier loom

Flexible rapier loom has wider applicability and stronger ability in the weaving of heavy fabrics. It is used for weaving plain, satin, twill and jacquard cotton, chemical fiber and spun silk.

Flexible rapier webbing, weft insertion, ASGT211 dobby shedding, six-color weft selection, warp release and centralized oiling. It can locate and stop automatically when weft break, warp break and weft feeder failure occur.

Flexible rapier loom adopts KJ indicator light to indicate, and adopts lightweight, high-strength carbon fiber composite material and aluminum material, and the structure is simple and reliable. In addition, its frame and warp let-off structure are the same as GA615 shuttle loom.

The Flexible rapier looms were tested as qualified products by the National Inspection Center and a certificate of conformity was issued.
