The precaution of using the rapier looms

1. Treatment method of broken warp yarn.(rapier loom）
The main reason is that the warp yarn at the side support is easy to break, that is, the warp yarn broken at the side support shall not be put into the side support cover from the reed, and the yarn cannot be woven due to the angle relationship. The correct treatment method is to wear the warp yarn vertically or at several adjacent warp yarns, and then put it into the side support cover. The broken warp yarn in the middle can be solved by pulling or hanging with tools.

2. Treatment method of broken weft yarn.（rapier loom)
a) First pull out two weft yarns;(rapier loom)

b) Turn the coiling support head back so that the coiling does not work during weft beating.

c) Inverted two checkered paper or two checkered plates;

d) Use one weft drive to find out the live yarn, put in two weft yarns, fill one weft, put down the coiling support head, and then start the switch to drive.
