Take-up
New-type looms usually adopt an active continuous winding mechanism. During the weaving process, the fabric winding is continuously performed. Part of the positive continuous winding mechanism adjusts the weft density of the processed fabric by changing the number of gear teeth, which has the disadvantage of insufficient weft density control. With the development of loom technology, a mechanism for adjusting the weft density of the processed fabric with a continuously variable transmission has been produced, which improves the accuracy of the weft density control. The emergence of the electronic winding mechanism not only simplifies the mechanical structure and realizes the precise control of the weft density, but also can change the winding amount at any time during the weaving process to adjust the weft density of the fabric.
